Synopsis - On an urgent mission to sterilize bacteria on a planet, the ship encounters a stolen starbase shuttle. Its occupant, who is half black and half white, is taken into custody. Soon after an alien ship intercepts the Enterprise, and its occupant, also half black, half white, requests the extradition of the shuttle thief.
