Synopsis - After trying to establish diplomatic relations with the peaceful Halkan Council, the landing party, including Kirk, McCoy, Scotty, and Uhura, beams into an alternate universe where Spock has a beard and one advances in rank by assassination.
Mirror, Mirror is a great episode, filled with great moments. It is the first of what would become multiple crossover episodes on DS9, starting with the show's second season's Crossover; in which we learn the repercussions that Kirk's final words to the Mirror Mr. Spock had on the Mirror Universe. Kirk's final words were also interesting themselves, about change and seeing the illogic of continuing on in a state of barbarianism.
